* subr.el (keymap-canonicalize): New function.
* mouse.el (mouse-menu-non-singleton): Use it.
(mouse-major-mode-menu): Remove hack made unnecessary.
* keymap.c (Qkeymap_canonicalize): New var.
(Fmap_keymap_internal): New fun.
(describe_map): Use keymap-canonicalize.
